According to Goa Police, on January 6, Suchana Seth had come to the Sol Banyan Grande Hotel in Goa with her four-year-old son. After this, he checked out from the hotel on Monday i.e. January 8. The murder came to light after Soochana Seth checked out on Monday. Actually, after Seth left the apartment, the housekeeping staff went to clean and found blood stains there. After this, the police were informed. On this, the police first searched the CCTV footage of the hotel. In which Information was seen coming with her child at the time of check-in. Meanwhile, on January 8, Soochna was seen leaving the service apartment without her son. After this the police came into action and intensified the search for information.

At the same time, the hotel staff told the police that when the informant asked to call a taxi to return to Bangalore, they were explained that going by plane would be cheaper and more convenient. But he insisted on traveling by road. The hotel arranged for a local taxi on this. When the hotel staff told this to the police, the police’s suspicions became stronger. After this the police traced the taxi driver.

When asked to give his friend’s address, he gave fake information. Naik then called the taxi driver again, this time spoke to him in Konkani and asked the passenger to go to the nearby police station without raising any suspicion. By then the taxi had entered Chitradurga district.

Meanwhile, a police team from Calangute had gone to Karnataka late on Monday night to take Soochana Seth into custody and bring him to Goa on transit remand. He was brought from there and presented in a court in Goa. Where the court has sent Suchana Seth to six days of police custody on charges of murder of his four-year-old son. Meanwhile, the body of the deceased child has been sent to a hospital in Aimangala. Where his post-mortem will be done. Kumar Naik, health inspector of Hiriyur Government Hospital in Karnataka, said that the child’s body will be handed over to Goa Police after postmortem.

But Suchana hated Venkat so much that she did not want her husband to meet her son, so she conspired to kill her own son.
